Systems Analyst, Maintenance Management

Supports the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance management systems and related business processes to enable asset management and service delivery. Acts as a liaison between business units, maintenance operations, and IT partners to ensure CMMS and related applications are optimized, integrated, and aligned with departmental requirements. Responsibilities include administering CMMS and document management systems, analyzing and improving business processes, developing functional requirements, supporting full lifecycle system enhancements and testing, maintaining databases and reporting tools, providing technical advice and user training, and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills include proficiency with SAP/Maximo/SharePoint/O365 and other data tools, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience in bridging IT and end-user perspectives, with emphasis on documentation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
