Job Summary
Gather, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders into functional specifications and user stories. Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from enterprise systems while identifying opportunities to improve business processes and recommend system enhancements. Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and other teams to test solutions, validate data integrity, and drive adoption of reporting tools. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights to leadership. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in business systems, reporting, or analytics
- strong SQL skills
