Job Summary
Plan, manage, and deliver complex projects within the full Systems Development Life Cycle for enterprise-wide web-based application systems. Utilize modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams to design solutions. Apply knowledge of Unix, Windows OS, Oracle 11 G, and SQL Server 2012 while adhering to agile methodology and SCRUM processes. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in English communication and documentation. Prioritize IT security and quality management standards. Requires at least two years of IT industry experience; hospital system implementation experience is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled in using modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language (use case, class diagram, sequence diagram), Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), etc.
- Knowledgeable in Unix and Windows OS, Oracle 11 G, SQL Server 2012
- Must have at least 2 year's UP IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
- Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
- Proficient in English with good communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarization with Java would be an advantage
- Familiarization with agile methodology and SCRUM process
- Knowledge in the use tools such as MS Project, Visio, Powerpoint
- Knowledgeable in IT Security and Quality Management
- Experience in implementing systems for a hospital would be an advantage
