Job Summary
Professional level information systems duties including installation and maintenance of application software and hardware; provide technical support to Imperial Health information system users; liaison between system users and information systems staff; evaluate and test system upgrades; install or upgrade software applications; deploy new applications; monitor system performance and security; reset user passwords and manage access; perform complex system analysis for management information systems and supporting software; collaborate with users and staff to ensure reliable IT operations; requires an Associate-level IT degree and onsite work in Lake Charles, LA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Networking/Support/IT Systems or equivalent
- Any certification is preferred
