$126,000–$145,000 year
HybridSalt Lake City, Utah, United States
Job Summary
Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations that increase efficiency for Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and RevOps teams. Partner directly with stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and design scoped technical solutions using the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong. Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into daily workflows to drive automation, while independently owning end-to-end delivery from problem framing to launch. Analyze GTM data to surface insights and make data-backed recommendations to leadership on system investments. This role requires 2–4 years of experience in Systems or BizOps, proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Based in Salt Lake City with a hybrid schedule of three coordinated office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Sales/RevOps engineering, or a related technical operations role
- Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM), Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or comparable platforms or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience leading tools end-to-end- from evaluation and vendor selection through implementation, change management, and training coordination
- Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs, with the ability to build and ship internal tools independently
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions: pulling, analyzing, and presenting data-backed recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
- Experience or genuine curiosity around embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows
- Strong ownership mentality: able to take a loosely defined business problem, scope it, and drive it to a shipped solution
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities, with support from more senior team members
- Excitement for building GTM-facing tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office
- We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading tools end-to-end- from evaluation and vendor selection through implementation, change management, and training coordination
