Systems Analyst II
$126,000–$126,000 year
HybridVancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Job Summary
Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations that increase efficiency for Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. Partner directly with GTM stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks, then design and ship technical solutions that eliminate manual work and embed AI/LLM capabilities into daily workflows. Work within the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to fix data model breakdowns and surface data-backed recommendations on system investments. Independently scope, build, test, and ship moderately complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, while mentoring junior ICs and interns. This role requires 2–4 years of experience in Systems or RevOps engineering, proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, and is based in the Vancouver office with a hybrid schedule of three coordinated days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Sales/RevOps engineering, or a related technical operations role
- Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM), Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or comparable platforms or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience leading tools end-to-end- from evaluation and vendor selection through implementation, change management, and training coordination
- Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs, with the ability to build and ship internal tools independently
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions: pulling, analyzing, and presenting data-backed recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
- Experience or genuine curiosity around embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows
- Strong ownership mentality: able to take a loosely defined business problem, scope it, and drive it to a shipped solution
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities, with support from more senior team members
- Excitement for building GTM-facing tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI directly into tools used by sellers and CS teams daily
