Job Summary
As a Systems Analyst II at America Networks, you will provide technical and analytical support for UCCaaS customer repair tickets and MACD requests, including billing reconciliation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting UCCaaS repairs and processing MACD requests using Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a passion for customer service, as you will interact with UCCaaS customers and account teams.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
