Job Summary
Partner closely with the Director of Application and Service Delivery to align work with strategic initiatives and serve as a go-to technical resource for complex analytical challenges. Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify improvements, then design and champion innovative, AI-driven solutions that streamline operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement software solutions, databases, and integrations while overseeing testing and documentation. Manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Provide training and advanced support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and stay current on emerging technologies to advocate for process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
- A mature, dependable professional who brings stability and follow-through, takes genuine ownership of outcomes, and is looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term stop
- Strongly AI-minded
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and share expertise with peers
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into relevant, scalable solutions
- Strong understanding of IT systems maintenance, administration, security principles, and enterprise architecture
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with close attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Must be able to work outside standard hours to oversee upgrades, fixes, and other projects
- Must be able to work on-site
