Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day system maintenance and operational activities for HR systems, including global imports, client onboarding support, and updates. Identify system gaps, recommend process improvements, and escalate application defects to ensure timely resolution. Support end-user training, develop custom reports for decision-making, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement technology solutions. Maintain current knowledge of system functionality and releases while partnering with users to maximize tool adoption. Work flexible schedules as needed, with up to 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in a customer support, systems support, or related role
- Knowledge of the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry and co-employment concepts
- Experience with PrismHR or similar PEO/ASO software platforms
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and general payroll policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive organizational and client information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible schedules, as needed, to support business demands
- Frequent use of a computer, including repetitive wrist and finger movement associated with keyboard and mouse operation
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds periodically
- Physical activities may include bending, reaching, pulling, stooping, and pushing
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Up to 10% travel may be required based on business needs
