SYSTEMS ANALYST/DATA PROCESSOR

Manage daily data processing operations for the Rapides Parish School System by maintaining, updating, and importing student eligibility lists for Direct Certification, Homeless, Foster, and Migrant populations. Ensure nightly uploads of SIS files to the Child Nutrition Department and state systems, while addressing state eligibility requests and navigating the DirectMatch Monthly Update. Streamline complex information to enhance report accuracy and develop professional growth plans to improve technical skills. Coordinate with administrative and technical staff on system development, select appropriate hardware and software tools, and provide training for users on new or modified systems. Prepare required reports and data transmissions for administration and the LDOE, maintain system security and inventory, and recommend improvements to current Student Information Systems.
