Job Summary
Lead SAP Order to Cash Systems Analyst role focusing on designing and configuring SAP OTC solutions to streamline business processes. Responsible for technical leadership and ownership of the OTC functional area, mentoring team members, and serving as primary point of contact for cross-functional collaborations. Requires strong experience with master data, configuration, and transactions supporting Sales Orders, Invoicing, Pricing, EDI and integrations, with leadership over SAP OTC data objects and Customer Master. Day-to-day duties include defining business processes, coordinating tests, guiding system integrators, creating documentation (functional/technical specifications, test planning/execution), ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering scalable solutions globally. Travel internationally as required and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of overall IT experience
- 5 years of experience in full cycle implementation of SAP Order to Cash
- Experience in integration of SAP Order to Cash processes with relevant IBP, MM, WM, FI/CO functions
- Ability to design and configure Sales Order management, invoicing, pricing, shipping conditions, schedule dates
- Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills
- Willingness to travel, including internationally as necessary
- Knowledge of Customer Master data and data objects within SAP OTC
- Experience with SAP IBP and schedule dates is a plus
