Job Summary
Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet operational and security requirements. Develop and document system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications. Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation efforts. Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex system issues. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and best practices. Generate reports and provide technical briefings to stakeholders. This Senior Systems Analyst supports the IC program at Core One, a team-oriented company focused on national security challenges. Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance
- An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill
- A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill
- Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, IT infrastructure, or related fields
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of system lifecycle processes, data analysis, and IT security principles
- Experience with enterprise IT systems, databases, and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
