Job Summary
Systems Analyst in Cast & Crew’s payroll-technology domain, focusing on configuring and testing complex provisions of collective bargaining agreements and labor statutes within the payroll system; liaison across Operations, Accounting, IT, and other teams; review of Collective Bargaining Agreements to align payroll programming with contracts and legal requirements; analyze timecard calculations for union and non-union payrolls; manage contract tables, assist with W2 year-end corrections, and contribute to user training and functional testing to ensure accurate payroll results and compliant reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication of complex information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with payroll processing or payroll accounting (4+ years preferred)
