Job Summary
Review and refine requirements and technical specifications with Business Analysts and customers. Create documents, forms, and reports from scratch, then integrate them into customers' basys software to satisfy business needs. Collaborate on business and technical requirements to produce document and workflow specifications, translating requests into approved deliverables. Configure customer documents and automate workflow solutions using proprietary software, while mapping data fields and constructing complex templates. Work with developers on data source changes and process modifications, and assist with implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the integrated document creation tool. Leverage generative AI tools like Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, including report creation, forms development, mapping fields of data, testing, troubleshooting and technical skills
- Solid knowledge of data sources and database concepts
- Prior experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to translate technical document development requests and issues, in terms understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to the use of functions, parameters, XML, XSLT, a plus
- Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes
- East coast candidates preferred
