Job Summary
Systems Analyst- Application Systems responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining application systems within the organization, including the core system; create data files; manage databases; create, modify, and refresh reports using SQL and Crystal; coordinate with vendors to resolve information system issues; ensure processing within Keystone and FICS runs on schedule; assist with service packs, patches, and documentation; support Online Banking and FICS eStatus; train Help Desk staff; and participate in annual mandated training. Requires exposure to multiple banking IT systems (Keystone, FICS, MeridianLink, Bankjoy, IP Capture, IP Admin, IP Archive, IP Foundation, ImagePoint ATM Service, QDPro) and ability to liaise with vendors and business units. Minimum 1–3 years of related experience; associates degree or equivalent certifications/trainings; strong project and vendor-management skills; ability to maintain data integrity and system security.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related IT experience
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors
- Experience in project management and coordinating IT initiatives
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
- Proven experience in software/hardware solution design, development and implementation
- Proven experience in policy development and vendor relations
- Strong communication skills (phone, ticket systems, email)
- Ability to monitor backups and maintain data integrity
- Experience with user access privileges and security controls
- Experience supporting member-facing systems such as Online Banking and FICS eStatus
- Ability to work with staff and vendors to implement new information systems/interfaces
- Experience with creating/modifying/refresing reports via SQL and Crystal
- Experience with maintaining system documentation
- Understanding of annual mandated training requirements (BSA/AML/OFAC/Cybersecurity/etc.)
- A two-year college degree or equivalent vocational training or certification
- Experience in handling daily/monthly/quarterly/annual processing schedules
