Job Summary
Define system requirements, create use cases, and perform feature testing to ensure technical solutions satisfy business needs. Partner with stakeholders to identify enhancements, develop functional specifications, and manage project scope while overseeing service levels. Mentor IT teams on training initiatives and estimate application functionality improvements. This role requires an on-call rotation for 24/7 support over seven consecutive days, approximately once every four months. The position is located in Norfolk, VA, Atlanta, GA, or Richmond, VA, with a hybrid schedule of one to two in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases
- Equivalent background of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- On-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for seven consecutive days, approximately once every four months
- In-office 1 - 2 days per week
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza
Desired Qualifications
- Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst certifications
- Experience with mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems
- Testing/product quality processes, tools and methods
- Rational tools
- Six Sigma or other process improvement training
- Prior experience in enrollment processes
- Familiarity with FACETS software
- Experience in an Agile work environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Experience with SQL
