Job Summary
Senior Principal Systems Engineer focused on post-sales support and solutions for Oracle customers. Acts as primary contact to resolve non-technical inquiries and technical questions related to Oracle Electronic Support Services; provides guidance to internal Oracle staff on diverse customer situations and escalations. Leads technology direction across the stack and services infrastructure to achieve high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Requires strong expertise across application and system layers, experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Project Management, Financials, OTBI, BI, Grant Management), PL/SQL, Visual Builder, and related services. Travel across the U.S. with potential telecommuting; executes complex problem resolution and consults with senior technical advisors on projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Systems Analyst-related occupation
- Experience with Oracle Fusion technologies: Oracle fusion Project management cloud, Oracle fusion financials cloud, Oracle fusion OTBI, Oracle fusion BI, PL/SQL, Visual Builder, and Oracle fusion Grant management cloud
