Job Summary
Systems Analyst 1 for Part Time role supporting municipal IT infrastructure and public meeting AV/tech support. Responsible for setting up, testing, and operating AV equipment (microphones, mixers, projectors, cameras, streaming) for public meetings; diagnosing and resolving software/hardware/network issues; maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment with light on-site travel; handling help desk tickets, user account administration, and updating technical documentation. Requires hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Windows 11, Windows Server), familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems (NinjaOne, Atera, ServiceNow), remote desktop tools, and CJIS background checks; strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work outside normal hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A+ or similar IT certification
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., NinjaOne, Atera, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
- Windows 11 proficiency
- Basic Microsoft Windows Server administration
- AV equipment setup and troubleshooting experience (presentation/public forum environments)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and ticket-management skills
- CJIS background check must be passable
