Job Summary
Systems Administrator Video Teleconference (VTC) role with responsibilities including installation, maintenance and support of Video Teleconference systems, Cisco VoIP; managing VTC lifecycle, telephony, E911, contingency documentation, and staff training in a county IT office. Onsite in Carlisle, PA with hybrid work option after probation; requires collaboration with IT Manager and vendors to ensure contracts, maintenance, and warranties are properly implemented; handles accounts, purchases, and inventory for video conferencing systems, telephony, and unified communications; supports Elections hardware/software as needed; develops/updates contingency documentation and training for IMTO employees; strong communication and public-facing skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Associates degree or 5-10 years of work experience will be considered
- 2-4 years’ work experience in technical support / information technology
- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA Certifications a plus.
