Job Summary
Analyze incidents and document root causes while reviewing and updating Confluence team documentation, processes, and configuration management database information. Evaluate Jira incidents and problems to support daily operations and process improvements. This Systems Administrator Trainee role offers hands-on experience in a leading European technology environment, focusing on developing skills in documentation and incident analysis to contribute to the smooth functioning of internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master ́s Degree in IT or related fields
- Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
