Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on IT support or systems administration experience
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS)
- Experience with system imaging or deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, WSUS)
- Exposure to Azure or similar cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or in progress)
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell or Python) or automation tools (Power Automate, UI Path)
- Ability to work on-site and with clients
- Excellent communication skills
