Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, network devices, and mobile systems. Diagnose and resolve problems while configuring Windows operating systems, installing software, and maintaining network component integrity. Escalate status to agency management and internal customers, ensuring secure and unclassified systems remain operational. Troubleshoot hardware issues, configure VLANs, and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 certification, and five years of systems administration experience in similar contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- Must meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum)
- Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures
- Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. IA Metrics gathering
- Experience patching and upgrading network switches, installing software on desktops, creating, and editing security groups
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing engineering solutions for server build outs within Windows environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical integrity, quality and completeness of work associated with deliverables, processes, etc.
- Understands how to configure multiple VLANS (voice and data) onto switches using Putty software client
- Comprehensive understanding of the OSI model as it relates to switch configuration, data flow and TCP/IP protocols
- Familiar w/ CISCO switches, configuring SFP's and troubleshooting fiber runs
- Experience using Active Directory as a domain service
- Experience imaging desktops/laptops
- Experience troubleshooting workstations, network printers and VoIP phones
- Related certifications, e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCENT, CCNA, A+ etc.
