Job Summary
Provide on-site functional and technical support for MDA's contracting directorates, communicating Government automated enterprise business systems to non-technical users. Sustain business and technology environment efficiency by managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and resolving data calls across contract writing, execution, and post-award management systems. Execute daily administrator operations using the 4th Estate Electronic Contract Writing Module, ORBIT, and PIEE modules while running SQL scripts and maintaining security models. Conduct workforce-wide training on Federal, DoD, and MDA procurement systems and develop standard operating procedures and desk guides. Maintain guidelines affecting Government regulation, compliance, and data security reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience
- 8 years of experience/proficiency in DoD Contract Writing System(s), WAWF/WAWF E Business/PIEE, Office SharePoint Services, Search Administration, Workflow Management and External Service Connections
- Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or Higher
- DAWIA Certification (or equivalent) in Contracting or Program Management
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required
- Must be on-site at Redstone Armory, Huntsville AL
