Job Summary
Set up, configure, and maintain a secure corporate VPN for remote access to internal resources. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot office WiFi networks, including coverage, security, guest access, and performance. Prepare, image, and configure laptops for new employees, handling OS setup, software installation, security policies, and account configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues involving networks, hardware, and connectivity while maintaining basic documentation of network configurations and standard IT procedures. Provide timely technical support by phone and, when necessary, in person at the office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with corporate networks, WiFi and VPN configuration
- Experience with laptop provisioning, operating system setup and software deployment
- Good understanding of network fundamentals, connectivity and basic security practices
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, network and end-user issues independently
- Reliable and responsive, with the ability to react quickly to urgent IT issues
