Job Summary
Onsite Systems Administrator responsible for maintaining servers, networks, VPNs, and user access; provide help desk support across CRI locations; participate in cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, hardware deployment, and IT projects; coordinate with vendors; document configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network administration experience
- Experience with : Windows environments
- Active Directory/User account management
- Network troubleshooting
- Hardware and software deployment
- VPNs and wireless networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
