Job Summary
Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues for servers, networks, and security systems using systems analysis techniques. Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications in production environments while managing Cisco switches, Ubiquiti routers, and Azure Active Directory group policies. Conduct daily system monitoring, review logs, apply security patches, and perform inventory management with asset tagging. Lead diverse IT projects including software deployments, system migrations, and networking configurations to ensure appropriate function and integrity of all resources.
