Job Summary
Serve as primary point of contact for all Help Desk and System Support needs, analyzing and resolving issues with complex servers, desktop workstations, and mobile devices. Maintain and monitor the infrastructure environment by deploying new technologies, installing utilities, and performing routine equipment maintenance. Manage Microsoft 365 Administration with emphasis on security, ensure IT systems compliance, and assist in developing operational documentation for core IT servers and services. This role requires 2-3 years of experience and an Associate's degree in a related field. iMBranded is a leading national manufacturer specializing in architectural millwork and large format graphics across retail, hospitality, automotive, and finance industries.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field experience equivalent
- 2-3 Years of work-related experience
- IT Helpdesk & Service Ticketing Systems knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete job tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a faced paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- CompTIA Certifications (A+) or other equivalent
- VMWare Administration and Configuration
- Microsoft Azure Administration and Configuration
