Job Summary
Systems Administrator Mid Level for ELEVI in the Annapolis Junction/Columbia, MD area. Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software; may coach less-experienced professionals; applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions; provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites; identifies and resolves issues from users of cloud infrastructure; supports ongoing helpdesk activities. Requires active security clearance with polygraph, ten years of SA experience, a technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substitution), and the ability to work Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm. Hardware experience and remote assistance/remote desktop experience are noted qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
- Ten years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university; five years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to work Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm
- Hardware Experience
- Experience Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop
