Job Summary
Systems Administrator responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of MELE's IT infrastructure, balancing foundational technical support with high-level architectural planning to maximize system uptime through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. Implement hardware and software upgrades to maintain a reliable and secure environment, install/configure/support complex server-based systems, administer security and support policies, create complex scripts for monitoring and automation, and design for high availability including backup/recovery and load balancing. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, training materials, standards, and reports; review reports for accuracy. Demonstrates strong Windows server/Desktop knowledge, networking, and communication skills; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+
- Systems Administrator: 4+ years of IT maintenance and technical support required.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work-related tasks.
