Job Summary
Systems Administrator (MECM) – TS/SCI required at GDIT supporting INSCOM. Responsible for enterprise-wide MECM/workstation and server management, building MECM application packages and deploying to servers/workstations, OS deployment and patching via MECM, creating and maintaining standardized workstation images, automated application deployment packages, basic software distribution troubleshooting, scripting for installation tasks, OS deployments, and configuration of COTS/GOTS software. Provides Tier 1-2 user support, coordinates with IA teams for STIG compliance, maintains Active Directory tasks (user/group updates, OU management) and applies PowerShell automation. Requires 7+ years of related experience, MECM proficiency, Windows Server/OS experience, AD administration, and DoD 8570-M IAT II CE certification; TS/SCI clearance and polygraph may be required for contract roles. Travel up to 25%; onsite location Fort Shafter, HI; onsite work location with US citizenship; salary range $72,877–$98,599; benefits and total rewards described in posting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of related experience
- Must have TS/SCI clearance
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Technical Skills: MECM experience including application packaging, deployments, client health troubleshooting
- Windows Server & Windows OS config, patching via SCCM
- Active Directory administration (users/groups/OU updates)
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- IAT Level II CE Certification or baseline per DoD 8570-01-M
- Willingness to obtain CI Polygraph as required by contract
- Travel: 10-25%
- Possession of or ability to obtain necessary security clearances and polygraph
