Job Summary
Systems Administrator Manager in New York leading a team to manage and support Windows/Linux enterprise IT, storage, and communications platforms. Responsible for overseeing automation, improving processes with helpdesk collaboration worldwide, and driving performance metrics and governance. Requires 7+ years of experience, strong leadership and project management, and familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure, automation, analytics, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, judgment, and project management skills
- Familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure, end-user computing, automation, analytics and reporting, and customer outreach
- Ability to define goals and success measures, inspire team members, and establish meaningful collaboration channels with other engineering and operations groups
