Job Summary
Administer and secure endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot for Windows and ChromeOS devices. Oversee device lifecycle management, provisioning, patching, and secure retirement while maintaining configuration standards across multiple platforms. Manage user identities, licenses, and access controls within Entra ID, implementing role-based access reviews and defining policies for onboarding and offboarding. Monitor security alerts from endpoint protection and identity platforms to enforce controls like MFA and Conditional Access. Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and serve as the escalation point for complex issues beyond the Help Desk scope. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on technical projects. Requires a valid Class E driver's license and ability to travel between organizational sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Demonstrated experience in systems or endpoint administration in a cloud-first or SaaS-based environment
- Working knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint security, device lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Class E driver's license during new hire orientation
- Must carry minimum coverage applicable by law for auto insurance
- Must comply with organization health and safety requirements, including required vaccinations
- Ability to lift to 45 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, human services, or other highly regulated environments
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell)
- Familiarity with Chrome OS administration and Google Admin Console
