Systems Administrator/L3 Support | Night Shift

Job Summary
Resolve complex Level 2-3 support requests and technical escalations across diverse Microsoft, cloud, and networking environments. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V infrastructure while managing Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Troubleshoot networking issues involving switching, routing, VPNs, wireless, Meraki, and WatchGuard solutions using ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue, and Auvik. Mentor Tier 1 technicians through coaching and assist with documentation and process improvement. Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse MSP client base. Candidates must be amenable to night shifts between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM PH Time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Systems Administration experience, ideally within an MSP
- Strong Windows Server administration experience
- Excellent VMware and/or Hyper-V knowledge
- Experience supporting Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Strong networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and switching
- Experience with Meraki and WatchGuard firewalls
- Familiarity with ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik
- Interest in AI technologies and modern automation
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to help teammates succeed
- Candidates must be amenable to working any shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
- Candidates must be amenable to working between 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM PH Time
