Job Summary
Junior Systems Administrator responsible for maintaining network and systems infrastructure, administering firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems; diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues; monitoring network and systems performance and applying patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure security and reliability; coordinating installations with internal teams and external vendors; responding to system alerts and leading troubleshooting in complex environments; maintaining network diagrams, device configurations, and backup protocols; on-call after hours; education: Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP/Network+ preferred); six months of work study or internship required; location: Noblesville, IN (on-site); Development of improvements through evaluating new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Six (6) months work study or internship
- Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the last 5 years
