Systems Administrator II (Full Time)

Job Summary
Coordinate with the IT Project Manager for day-to-day operations of computer systems and hardware. Maintain, monitor, and correct any computer or computer-related problems that arise. Receive, install, and test all new PC hardware while assisting all departments with computer-related issues. Follow up with users to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Perform other duties as assigned. Work in an office environment with moderate noise levels that escalate in the casino setting. Requires the ability to stand, move, walk up to one mile, climb stairs, and lift goods weighing up to 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 3-4 years experience in a property/user support role
- Must be familiar with PC hardware
- Must be familiar with Microsoft networks
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Exchange
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be familiar with MAC OS
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties
- Must be able to walk up to 1 mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
