Job Summary
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows servers across on-premises and Azure environments while administering workstations, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Perform system updates, patch management, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery to ensure availability and security. Collaborate with IT team members to manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, routers, and VPNs. Provide responsive technical support, monitor service desk performance, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Group Policy. Assist with technology planning, system improvements, and implementation of new solutions. Support cybersecurity initiatives to protect organizational data and intellectual property.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible systems administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing or supporting IT service desk operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365 administration and support
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Location: Lakewood, CO (On-Site only - applications for remote work will not be accepted)
- Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday) 8:00 -5:00 with occasional weekend coverage
Desired Qualifications
