Job Summary
Provide on-site functional and technical support for all Missile Defense Agency contracting directorates and program offices, communicating Government automated enterprise business systems to non-technical users. Sustain business and technology environment efficiency by promoting guidelines affecting regulation, compliance, and data security. Execute daily system administrator tasks using the 4th Estate Electronic Contract Writing Module, ORBIT, and PIEE modules, including running SQL scripts, managing security models, and performing vendor maintenance. Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data calls for contract writing, execution, and post-award management systems. Conduct workforce training on Federal, DoD, and MDA procurement systems while developing standard operating procedures and desk guides. This role is located at Redstone Armory, Huntsville, AL, and requires an active Secret Clearance. Candidates must possess seven years of systems administration experience with proficiency in DoD contract writing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of systems administration and customer service/help desk experience
- Three (3) years of experience/proficiency in DoD Contract Writing System(s), WAWF/WAWF E Business/PIEE
- Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or Higher
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required
- Must be on-site at Red Stone Armory, Huntsville AL
Desired Qualifications
- DAWIA Certification (or equivalent) in Contracting or Program Management
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
