Job Summary

Manage enterprise system administration, operations, and maintenance across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring availability, security, and performance of client/server systems in compliance with DoD, DCSA, and Intelligence Community requirements. Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including incident identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation to agency management. Administer Windows and UNIX operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services while implementing STIGs, security controls, and patch management. Support the RMF lifecycle, conduct security compliance reviews, create POA&Ms, and assist in ATO processes. Provide system and software training, manage backup operations, and serve as a technical lead on special projects. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of DoD/IC experience, and willingness to support on-call rotations.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience performing systems administration in Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows operating system security requirements, UNIX/Linux system administration, and Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • Experience supporting Client/server architectures, Network-connected devices and peripherals, and Enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) (DoDI 8510.01), DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), DCSA security standards, and Patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) tracking
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint environments
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions, anti-virus platforms, and endpoint protection tools
  • Experience supporting classified IT environments
  • Willingness to support after-hours or on-call operations as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Must meet DoD 8140 education and certification requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary
