Job Summary
Install, maintain, and upgrade servers, networking equipment, and cloud environments while deploying backups and automated monitoring for critical systems. Troubleshoot hardware, configure Active Directory and DNS, and respond to internal support requests to ensure service levels and security. Administer Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms, analyze performance trends, and document infrastructure improvements. This in-office role supports EyeQ's security and business intelligence solutions, requiring ownership of complex technical challenges and long-term infrastructure reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar infrastructure-focused role
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise server environments
- Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server and high-availability architectures
- Strong networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and workstation hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States

- CompTIA, Microsoft (MCSA), ITIL, or related certifications
