Job Summary
Managed Services System Administrator responsible for resolving complex, high-severity incidents across client environments, serving as the final technical escalation point. Required Qualifications
- Advanced technical capability across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, networking, servers, cybersecurity tools
- Experience with complex incident resolution and escalation
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
- Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge bases (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, IT Glue)
- Ability to operate within CTO-defined standards and drive permanent fixes
- Excellent communication during critical incidents
