Systems Administrator

Manage day-to-day operations of systems and solutions within CDC's Corporate and Operational Technology environments, acting as the primary escalation point for Help Desk incidents. Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks, and technology tools while monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Manage network servers, workstations, and infrastructure, implementing upgrades, patches, and new releases while developing technical documentation and IT policies. Train, mentor, and support staff in adopting new technologies and best practices, providing cultural leadership and championing IT policies. Requires Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
