Job Summary
Systems Administrator in Cardif corporate, responsible for Level 3 support of Windows infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and evolution of the environment. Responsibilities include supporting Ansible Tower, Centrify and Trellix solutions; providing regional IT support and infrastructure patching; monitoring Centrify integration with Linux; handling Level 3 incidents and requests for European subsidiaries; producing comprehensive patching reports. Required skills include Windows/Linux infrastructure knowledge, Ansible, Powershell, Python, WSUS, security concepts, network/DNS/DHCP, BMC Discovery Asset Management, and PowerBI, along with strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Notions in French
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure Architecture (network, DNS, DHCP, security, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Architecture (OS, WSUS, Ansible, Centrify)
- Scripting skills in Powershell, Ansible, Python
- BMC Discovery Asset Management
- PowerBI
- Familiarity with project methodology (planning, deliverables, risk, reporting)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise language
- Dynamic and resilient, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (preferred)
- Experience with Ansible Tower
- Experience patch management and WSUS
- Familiarity with Centrify and Trellix security solutions
- PowerBI experience
- BMC Discovery Asset Management
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Ansible, Python
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux infrastructures
- English proficiency with basic French
- IT infrastructure architecture (network, DNS, DHCP, security)
