Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, virtual environments, cloud-hosted systems, and storage infrastructure while administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Teams. Manage identity and access processes, support endpoint devices and email systems, and develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Monitor server health, evaluate technology solutions, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with the software development team. Participate in vulnerability remediation, cybersecurity initiatives, and incident response activities. Requires four years of experience in systems administration and the MSFT stack.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, infrastructure support, MSFT stack, and related IT roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Advanced knowledge of backup systems
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms
- Advanced knowledge of identity management systems
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and system administration best practices
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
