Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Administer and support server, cloud, and infrastructure systems, performing installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of physical and virtual server environments. Manage user account permissions, access controls, and Microsoft 365 administration while supporting data center hardware, UPS systems, and network equipment. Monitor system health, backups, and operational alerts to ensure secure, reliable IT services, and assist with patch management and routine maintenance activities. Collaborate with engineering, endpoint, and network teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and follow cybersecurity standards. Participate in after-hours maintenance and other duties as assigned, with up to 10% travel to insecure locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of systems administration or infrastructure support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure technologies
- Familiarity with virtualization, server administration, and systems monitoring tools
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time per year in the US and internationally, to insecure countries or locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting or automation technologies
- Relevant Microsoft or infrastructure certifications
- Non-profit ministry experience
