Job Summary
Manage daily IT system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices across the Greater Washington D.C. area. Configure and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems, manage network components, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for help desk issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and escalation communication to agency management. Optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis, and assist users in accessing IT systems while ensuring DoD 8570 compliance. Requires 10 years of Systems Administrator experience, a Bachelor's degree, and Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher
