Job Summary
Deliver Tier I and Tier II IT support, managing daily configuration, operation, and monitoring of client/server/storage/network devices and mobile platforms. Optimize system operations through proactive monitoring, perform capacity planning, and troubleshoot dispatch system and hardware issues while providing in-depth analysis to stakeholders. Configure and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and implementing infrastructure improvements. Remain engaged throughout resolution processes and communicate status updates effectively to leadership. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and 10+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator
- Demonstrated expertise in UNIX and Windows operating systems, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to support and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and mobile devices
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning, capacity planning, and diagnostics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, users, and mission stakeholders
- Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
