Job Summary
Manage systems data and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance across platforms and services for major clients. Oversee a queue of assignments, work directly with technicians, and prioritize tickets to deliver the best solutions. Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with a diverse group of talented people to solve complex problems and identify potential future issues.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
- VMware ESX experience
- Public/private cloud management
- Migration from onprem to cloud solution
- Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
Desired Qualifications
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
- Vulnerability management
