Job Summary
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, managing infrastructure and processes for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and dispatch hardware. Conduct Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while escalating status to agency management and internal customers. Administer large software deployments on LINUX/UNIX systems, clustered storage solutions, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools like Puppet and Ansible. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with MD Polygraph, 15 years of systems administration experience, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph
- No CCA's
- 15 years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience
