Job Summary
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams. Configure and support networks, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, and virtualization platforms while executing backup and disaster recovery strategies. Plan and lead client migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements, documenting systems and procedures along the way. Mentors junior technicians while solving complex security and networking challenges across diverse business environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of systems administration experience
- Strong Microsoft technology expertise, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on networking and virtualization experience
- Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
