Job Summary
Associate on the FICC ETF trading team executing automated trading strategies, pricing and making markets for ETFs, analyzing P&L and risk models, and maintaining trading tools while collaborating with quant and strategy teams. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, a degree in a quantitative field, and 3+ years of experience (or a Masters with 1+ year). Fast-paced, globally distributed environment with emphasis on communication and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or other quantitative fields
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, or a Masters Degree and 1+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in fixed income trading is strongly preferred
